Accompaniment and transport to appointments

Outings, appointments, transport

A taxi drops you off. Someone accompanying you walks in with you, waits, listens to what the doctor says and takes you home — it is not the same service.

Verified providers · Montreal and the South Shore · no contract, no minimum hours

What this service covers

  • Transport and accompaniment to medical appointments
  • Accompaniment to hospital, tests and treatments (dialysis, chemo)
  • Accompaniment to the bank, the notary and administrative errands
  • Outings, shopping, the hair salon and activities
  • Accompaniment to religious services and family visits
  • Help getting around by public transit or adapted transport

This list is a starting point, not a closed menu. You describe what you need and the provider tells you what they can do.

For you, or for someone you love

The provider picks the person up, walks in with them, waits through the appointment, remembers what was said and brings them home. You get a note afterwards. It is what lets a working son or daughter avoid taking half a day off for every follow-up.

Do you offer this service?

Driver's licence and an insured car, or accompaniment by transit: both arrangements exist. Medical appointments repeat — dialysis, chemo, post-operative follow-ups — and make for predictable bookings entered in the calendar well ahead.
