Senior Full-Stack Developer
Build the web platform, from launch through everything that follows, and contribute directly to the technical vision and the roadmap. The platform is already in production (TypeScript · React · Tailwind · PostgreSQL · Stripe · AI), with an official launch in the fall of 2026 across Greater Montreal.

What you will do
- Contribute to the technical vision and the roadmap for the platform.
- Build the web platform, from launch through everything that follows, alongside the product and marketing teams.
- Put the deployment pipeline (CI/CD), automated tests and observability in place.
- Lead the move to Canadian cloud hosting and to data sovereignty.
- Keep us compliant with the data protection laws (Loi 25, PIPEDA) and with security best practices (OWASP).
- Guide how the team develops with AI, and put AI-assisted automation in place.
- Maintain and extend the critical API integrations (payments, video, LLM).
Who we are looking for
- Fluent in AI-assisted development and in modern coding tools.
- SaaS and marketplace expertise; full-stack TypeScript, React and Tailwind CSS.
- Serverless architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), PostgreSQL and caching.
- A bachelor’s or a master’s in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in web development; 2+ years as a technical lead (preferred).
- Experience in health or SaaS, and with Canadian data sovereignty (an asset).
- Beyond credentials, what we look for is attitude, curiosity and ambition.
