Your role
As Provider Coordinator, you build and grow our network of home care and support providers: you attract the best candidates, you stay with them through to activation, and you contribute to our processes, tools and training.
You work in a startup where independence is valued and where what you do has a direct effect on how the company grows.
Your responsibilities
- Run the recruiting plan, and find new ways to bring in more providers.
- Stay with every candidate, from the first conversation through to their activation on the platform.
- Follow each application closely, and verify the documents and qualifications we require.
- Give providers an experience that is simple, quick and human.
- Contribute to our processes, guides and training, and keep making the provider experience better.
- Work with the product, technology and operations teams.
Who we are looking for
- An excellent communicator, on the phone and in writing.
- Very organized and thorough; at ease with several cases at once.
- Independent and solution-minded, at ease in a startup.
- Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, web platforms, spreadsheets).
- French and English. Experience in home care and support, or in recruiting, is an asset.
